Plans and billing
CourierCop has a Free plan and paid plans. Open Plan & billing in the app menu to see your plan, this month's usage and the plans you can switch to.

- Yearly plans: 2 months free.
- Paid plans include a free trial of up to 14 days.
Prices are in US dollars, because Shopify charges in USD. Shopify adds the charge to your store's bill. Enterprise is not listed publicly. Email us if you need it.

What counts as a shipment audited
A shipment counts once, in the month it is first checked (your store's time zone). Checked means a billed charge was compared with your rate card, or raised as billed for a shipment not in your store. Rows marked Not checked, and sample data, don't count. We check up to 110% of your plan's limit; after that, rows show "Not checked: over plan limit". Upgrade and they are checked. On Scale, contact us for a higher limit.
Free trial
Paid plans include a 14-day free trial, once per store. Shopify shows the trial on the approval page before you approve.
Change your plan
- Open Plan & billing in the app menu.
- Choose Monthly or Yearly, then click Start free trial, Upgrade or Downgrade on the plan you want.
- Shopify's approval page opens with the plan, price and any trial. Click approve there. Nothing is charged until you approve.
- You return to the app, and the plan is updated. If it does not show, click refresh on the page.
Upgrades between paid plans are prorated for the rest of the billing cycle. Moving to Free ends your paid plan at once, and Shopify credits the days you didn't use. Your data is kept.
If a payment fails or you cancel
If the plan is past due, paused or cancelled, paid features turn off and the Free plan limits apply. Your data is kept. Features come back when the plan is active again.
