Privacy Policy

KD Scale Agency ("we", "us") is a digital agency based in India offering Meta ads, Shopify development, mobile app development and custom software. We decide how the personal data described here is used, which makes us the "Data Fiduciary" under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

We only collect what we need to reply to you and run this website:

• Details you send through our enquiry form: your name, brand or company, website, WhatsApp number, email, the service you need, your monthly ad budget and your message.
• Messages and details you share with us by email, WhatsApp or when you book a call on Calendly.
• With your consent only: how you use this site (pages viewed, device and browser, approximate location) through Google Analytics, and how you interact with our ads through the Meta Pixel.
• Basic technical data our server receives with every request, such as your IP address and browser, used for security and to stop spam.

We use your personal data to:

• Reply to your enquiry and prepare the free growth audit you asked for.
• Discuss, provide and invoice our services if you become a client.
• Understand how the site is used and measure our own advertising, if you accepted cookies.
• Keep the site secure and protect it from spam and abuse.

We process your data on the basis of your consent: by submitting the form or contacting us, you agree to us using your details to reply. Analytics and advertising cookies are only set if you choose Accept in the cookie notice.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us, or change your cookie choice using the button at the end of this page. Withdrawing consent doesn't affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

We don't sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, and only as much as they need:

• Our website hosting and email providers, to receive and deliver your enquiry.
• Google (Google Analytics), if you accepted cookies.
• Meta (Meta Pixel and Conversions API), if you accepted cookies. For form submissions we send your phone number and email in hashed (scrambled) form so Meta can measure our ads.
• Calendly and WhatsApp, when you choose to book a call or message us through them.

We use one essential cookie to remember your cookie choice. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel cookies are only set after you choose Accept. If you choose Decline, the site works the same without them.

We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to respond and for our business records, and delete them when they're no longer needed or when you ask us to, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Under the DPDP Act, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
• Correct, complete or update your data.
• Erase your data.
• Nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf.

If you have a concern about how we handle your data, email hello@kdscaleagency.com and we'll respond as quickly as we can. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Data Protection Board of India.

We use reasonable security measures to protect your data. Some of our service providers may store or process data outside India; when they do, it's under their own security and privacy commitments.

This site is meant for businesses and isn't directed at anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect children's data.
