The text, design, logo and other content on this site belong to KD Scale Agency or are used with permission. Client names and project screenshots are shown with our clients' permission. You may not copy or reuse them without our written consent.

This site links to other services such as WhatsApp, Calendly, Instagram and Facebook. We aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss that comes from using this site or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under Indian law.
